Constitutional Complaint Against Covid Restrictions In Malta -Update

Constitutional complaint against Covid restrictions in Malta had few sittings in past months.

In the latest sitting very important testimony by U.S Cardiologist Dr. Peter McCullough and Professor Ulrike Kaemmerer took place on April 20, 2022 .

In first testimony that was done by Dr Peter McCullough ,question was about Covid protocols.

He highlighted importance of early intervention followed by 4 pillars :

1.     Reducing the spread.

2.     Medical treatment to be started as soon as possible (Dr McCullough mentioned various medication used at home with success as an early treatment)

3.     Hospital admittance.

4.     Vaccine - he agrees with the vaccines as long as they are safe to use

He mentioned that 12,000 deaths have been reported after the use of the vaccine. He explained more about Myocarditis.  He continued to say that Pfizer had 1000 deaths in the first 90 days and that 500 cases per million per year after the vaccine intake whereas before it was 4 cases per million related to cardiac problems. He spoke about two vaccine deaths in children after the Pfizer jab.

When Dr. Ragonesi asked about his view on lockdowns, he replied that not only lockdowns didn’t work but also masks were a big fail. He pointed out that all the glass partitions in court are useless. The virus can’t be transmitted out in the streets as this is technically impossible.

Profs. Ulrike Kaemmerer in her testimony explained the use of the PCR test for which she said that if a person has no symptoms the PCR is useless and continues explaining further how cycle should not be more than 30 otherwise the possibility would be that results are misleading such as false positives.
