France: Pfizer And Ministers Sued By Covid Jab Victims
In Marseille and Paris, two actions have started on behalf of the victims of Covid jabs. They call on all concerned to join them.

Me Jean-Pierre Joseph criticized Pfizer in Paris as well as the ministers responsible for the vaccination campaign, in particular Olivier Véran and Jean Castex.
At the same time, a first hearing at the Marseille civil court took place on Monday January 9, following the action of lawyer Eric Lanzarone who defends nearly 300 clients who contracted illnesses shortly after their Covid-19 jab.
Complaint against Pfizer, Véran and Castex
Me Jean-Pierre Joseph's criminal complaint was filed with the Paris Court of Justice, Pôle santé. The civil party is represented in particular by Marc Doyer, spokesperson for the association of victims of Covid Verity France : His wife Mauricette died on June 23, 2021 of Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease following a Pfizer jab.
The lawyer and his principal criticized Pfizer, as well as Prime Minister Jean Castex and the Minister of Health at the time Olivier Véran (who had claimed that the Covid jab had no connection with the Creutzfeldt disease -Jakob), as well as to all the ministers and elected officials who had a responsibility in the vaccination campaign.
Marc Doyer calls on all victims or families of victims of this terrible disease, as well as other effects of Covid jabs, to join this action, the legal costs being covered . Already 20 families would be ready to join.
A legal marathon has started in Marseille
As for the hearing held in Marseille , it announces a legal marathon for Marseille lawyer Eric Lanzarone and his client, a 55-year-old woman who prefers to remain anonymous.
The lawyer will try to have the rheumatoid arthritis developed by his client, recognized, “a few days after her second dose of the Pfizer jab (…) Today, she cannot walk more than 300 to 400 meters and has since been on sick leave. Faced with eight Pfizer lawyers
The contradictory hearing aims for the lawyer to obtain the appointment of a medical expert to establish the causal link between his jabs and the development of this inflammatory joint disease.
Facing him, Capucine Van Robays represents the eight lawyers of Pfizer France, a branch of the American pharma which manufactures the most injected “anti-Covid” jab in France. Me Lanzarone also assigned the German company BioNTech, the laboratory which developed the jab.
The lawyer had already obtained in October 2022 in Paris the appointment of a medical expert in an identical case. “In Marseille, I also assigned BioNTech, because during the hearing in Paris, Pfizer had discharged itself on this laboratory”, he explains.
300 similar cases to plead
Eric Lanzarone says he has 300 similar files.
“I often find identical pathologies: visual impairment, endometriosis, a lot of myocarditis”.
The lawyer, who claims "not to be antivax", had previously pointed out the clause of the contract between Pfizer and the European Commission which provides that in the event of adverse effects, compensation is borne by the States .
“It amounts to privatizing the profits and socializing the risks. I consider that it is not up to French taxpayers to pay for the undesirable effects, ”he states.
Pending a criminal component of compensation
For this, it will already be necessary that the possibly designated expert concludes well on the link between jab and development of diseases. Then, a new section will open on the amount of compensation.
