Supreme Anti-Inflammatory Medicine

Supreme Anti-Inflammatory Medicine

Supreme Anti-Inflammatory Medicine with Magnesium, Bicarbonate, CO2 & Hydrogen

Published on April 15, 2024

Doctors will never stop lying to us because they are lying to themselves. And it is too bad that doctors do not know how to think about medicine. It is also too bad that they do not listen or pay attention to medical scientists whose research is available to anyone who cares to see it. The level of trust in modern medicine is taking a nosedive deservedly so.

The two types of drugs currently used to treat inflammation are prescription-based corticosteroids – synthetic molecules that mimic human hormones – and non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) such as aspirin and ibuprofen which are available over the counter. The corticosteroids come as tablets, sprays, injections, or creams to treat asthma, eczema, and hay fever.

There are potentially serious side effects from corticosteroids including high blood pressure, mood swings, and weight gain. NSAIDs, meanwhile, which are effective in reducing the pain of inflammation in, for example, arthritis, can also come with side effects – albeit milder – such as indigestion, headaches, and dizziness.

Doctors have lost their way by ignoring basic medical science. There should be a law, a medical law, that for inflammation that magnesium and bicarbonate are always prescribed first, not only because they are a thousand times safer than any pharmaceutical but also because they provide the real needs of bodies that have lost their harmony and health.

Bottom line: Millions upon millions die and suffer through intolerable chronic illness because doctors will not prescribe magnesium. Doctors are completely stupid about magnesium and baking soda the two most necessary medical interventions that have no downside, little to no side effects except for the loosening of the intestines.

Sodium Bicarbonate – Baking Soda – Inflammation

Some research shows baking soda may also decrease arthritis-related inflammation. And it may help reduce autoimmune activity. So, it could be useful against diseases like rheumatoid arthritis (RA) and lupus. Inflammation is part of many diseases. It causes pain and myriad other symptoms.

A 2018 study suggests baking soda helps create an anti-inflammatory environment. The study involved animals and humans drinking baking soda mixed with water. The study suggested that regular use could help reduce inflammation from conditions like RA. The baking soda appeared to affect immune cells called macrophages.

Macrophages are involved in the inflammatory process. When they detect a threat (like a virus), macrophages send out signals that cause inflammation. Researchers say baking soda made macrophages change these signals. Instead of an attack signal, they sent out a calming message. That lowered inflammation. Experts say this could be a game-changer for people with autoimmune diseases.

Oral NaHCO3 activates a splenic anti-inflammatory pathway. Activation of the innate cholinergic anti-inflammatory pathway promotes anti-inflammatory macrophage cell polarization via activation of α-7-containing nicotinic receptors on splenic macrophages.

Evidence from several small clinical trials as well as experimental models indicates that supplementation with oral sodium bicarbonate may slow the decline in kidney function in CKD patients. As inflammation has been associated with CKD progression, bicarbonate acts to protect the kidneys by reducing inflammation. CO2 has also been found to suppress skin inflammation and can be employed as a potential therapeutic agent in restoring skin immune homeostasis.

Researchers from the Medical College of Georgia (GA, USA) have evidence that a daily dose of baking soda helps the spleen to promote an anti-inflammatory environment. This could be therapeutic to the inflammation caused by autoimmune diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis. The results, published in the Journal of Immunology, suggest that baking soda could be a safe and easy way to treat autoimmune diseases in the future.

Baking soda seems to trigger the stomach to generate more acid, as if anticipating a meal, but also stimulates the mesothelial cells in the spleen. Mesothelial cells line body cavities and the outside of organs such as the stomach and spleen. The cells have microvilli that sense the environment and respond to invading pathogens by signaling their organs’ immune response systems. This includes the release of macrophages from the spleen.

Scientists believe that when baking soda is ingested the signaling from the mesothelial cells tells the spleen to temper its immune response. This transmission of this message is helped along by the signaling protein acetylcholine. “Certainly, drinking bicarbonate affects the spleen and we think it’s through the mesothelial cells,” suggests Dr. Paul O’Connor.

Once the message was received by the spleen it began to produce more anti-inflammatory macrophages or M2 cells, as opposed to the aggressive inflammatory M1 cells. “You are not really turning anything off or on, you are just pushing it toward one side by giving an anti-inflammatory stimulus. It’s potentially a safe way to treat inflammatory disease.”

Carbon Dioxide and Bicarbonates are Two Forms of the Same Thing

CO2 is strongly anti-inflammatory;
CO2 inhibits tumor growth and metastasis
.

CO2 is an efficient anti-inflammatory compound that exerts its effects through inactivating ERK1/2 in cultured endothelial cells when the CO2 concentration is elevated.”

In the past, CO2 was considered simply a waste product of metabolism, but recent work has highlighted the important role that CO2 plays as a signal molecule affecting multiple processes including inflammation,” says Eoin Cummins, assistant professor of physiology at UCD.

In 2019, Cummins along with Prof Martin Cann of Durham University in the UK and Dr Vicki Linthwaite, published in the Royal Society Journal Interface Focus – concerns its role in controlling excessive inflammation, including that which can occur during a potentially deadly so-called “cytokine storm”.

“There’s significant evidence, looking at cell and some animal models, that CO2 can suppress inflammatory pathways and inflammatory cytokines; things that are known to fuel cytokine storms,” says Cummins. There is evidence too, he says, that higher CO2 levels in the blood protect damaged organs. For example, he says, when the lungs of patients in ICU are hyper-ventilated this raises their blood CO2 levels and protects them from lung damage.

“There are relatively few clinical trials examining the impact of administering additional CO2 to patients in the context of disease,” says Cummins. “One small study looked at the effect of therapeutic hypercapnia on inflammatory responses in [lung] lobectomy patients and found that therapeutic hypercapnia dampened the inflammatory response and improved respiratory function.”

CO2 has beneficial effects in patients with acute lung injury, affording reductions in pulmonary inflammation, lessened oxidative alveolar damage, and the regulation of innate immunity and host defenses by inhibiting the expression of inflammatory cytokines.

There are two companies making carbogen inhalers (the second company) very similar to each other for 700 dollars plus the cost of a CO2 tank which is about another 150 dollars for a big tank. The only problem is delivery dates for production are still low. If you have a medical emergency or late-stage cancer check both companies for anticipated shipping delays. I will be publishing much more on carbon dioxide inhalers and I recommend them to everyone for it is the best easy-to-administer oxygen therapy at a much lower cost than competing therapies. Inhalation of carbon dioxide has a rich and long history in medicine.

Magnesium is the Most Important Anti-Inflammatory

Magnesium deficiency (MgD) causes inflammation in the human body and thus when used as a medicine magnesium is highly anti-inflammatory. The known mechanisms of inflammation caused by MgD include activation of phagocytic cells, opening of calcium channels, activation of the N-methyl-D-aspartate (NMDA) receptor, and activation of nuclear factor (NF)-κB. In addition, MgD causes systemic stress response through neuroendocrinological pathways.

The inflammation caused by MgD can result in pro-atherogenic changes in the metabolism of lipoproteins, endothelial dysfunction, and high blood pressure. Studies suggest that magnesium plays an important role in the pathophysiology of inflammatory diseases. Magnesium has a role in the pathophysiology of diseases like diabetes, asthma, preeclampsia, atherosclerosis, heart damage, cancer, and rheumatoid arthritis.

Ignorance has prevailed over the interrelationship between muscular lipid accumulation, chronic inflammation, and insulin resistance because the central mediating factor is magnesium. It is magnesium that modulates cellular events involved in inflammation.

Increases in extracellular magnesium concentration cause a decrease in the inflammatory response while reduction in the extracellular magnesium results in inflammation. Inflammation causes endothelial dysfunction and activated endothelium facilitates adhesion and migration of cancer cells.[i]

Dr. Andrzej Mazura and his team at Milan University[ii] confirmed that magnesium modulates cellular events involved in inflammation. Experimental magnesium deficiency in the rat induces, after only a few days, a clinical inflammatory syndrome characterized by leukocyte and macrophage activation, release of inflammatory cytokines and acute phase proteins; and excessive production of free radicals. An increase in extracellular magnesium concentration decreases inflammatory response while reduction in the extracellular magnesium results in cell activation.[iii]

Chronically inflamed tissues continue to generate signals that attract
leukocytes from the bloodstream. When leukocytes migrate from
the bloodstream into the tissue they amplify the inflammatory response.

Magnesium puts a chill on inflammation. Heart disease begins with inflammatory chemicals that rage like a fever through your blood vessels. Cooling the heat by getting the recommended daily minimum of magnesium suggests Medical University of South Carolina researchers. They measured blood inflammation levels–using the C-reactive protein (CRP) test–in 3,800 men and women and found that those who got less than 50% of the RDA (310 to 420 mg) for magnesium were almost three times as likely to have dangerously high CRP levels as those who consumed enough. Being over age 40 and overweight and consuming less than 50% of the RDA more than doubles the risk of blood vessel-damaging inflammation.

Hydrogen Too

The most frequently used medical gases include medical air, oxygen, nitrogen, nitrous oxide, and carbon dioxide, and now hydrogen gas (H2) is taking its place. Almost all the hydrogen inhalation machines are 66% H2 and 33% O2.

Molecular hydrogen (H2) functions as an extensive protector against oxidative stress, inflammation, and allergic reactions. Oxidative stress is viewed as an imbalance between the production of reactive oxygen species (ROS) and their elimination by protective mechanisms, which can lead to chronic inflammation. Hydrogen inhalation therapy is wonderful at taking down oxidative stress.

Oxidative stress and inflammation are closely related pathophysiological processes, one of which can be easily induced by another. Thus, both processes are simultaneously found in many pathological conditions. Excess reactive oxygen species (ROS) can either oxidize biomolecules or can structurally modify proteins and genes to trigger signaling cascades that can lead to the onset and progression of inflammatory diseases. ROS-induced activation of transcription factors and pro-inflammatory genes leads to the onset of inflammation. For all of the above reasons, hydrogen inhalation is a primary treatment for cancer.

In Latin, the word “inflammation” means “ignite, set alight” and like gasoline, that’s exactly what it does for cancer. A microenvironment of chronic inflammation sets the stage for cancer. Inflammation increases chemotherapy resistance and turns on oncogenes, genes that can turn cells into tumors. Inflammation promotes the spreading and mutating of cancer cells while continuing to push the mutations within the cancer cells’ development. Inflammation also enhances a tumor’s ability to recruit blood supply (angiogenesis). Changes catalyzed by pathogenic inflammation can transform cells into cancerous tumors.

Conclusion

Though it is not possible to save everyone`s life properly practiced medicine could save many peoples` lives and yield a quantum reduction in human suffering from both chronic and acute diseases.

Because inflammation is often a sign of the immune system trying to fight off pathogens or toxins affecting your health, substances like chlorine dioxide and iodine are also effective in dealing with inflammation. Even edible clay will greatly help because it helps reduce toxic burdens.
