The NHS Edited Their Monkeypox Page To Make It More Scarier And Contagious

NHS has deleted key excerpts from its website stating that monkeypox is usually a mild illness that requires no treatment and is not easily spread from person to person. Additionally, they added an isolation requirement.

Below are changed references .

Old Monkeypox page showed this :

That has been completely removed along another paragraph that was present up until about November 2021 (no archives for period between November and May) :

And replaced with “treatment” :

So part about “get better on its own” is replaced by explanation that gives idea of spreading of disease even though it was described as “very uncommon” .

Even part about self-isolating was added :

Warning about getting Monkeypox from eating undercooked meat is also included to encourage anti-meat narrative :
