A Zurich lawyer announced a complaint on November 14 against three Swissmedic employees and five members of the Insel Group, which manages a sizable hospital complex in Bern.

According to the complaint, Swissmedic approved ineffective jabs that had not undergone adequate testing while ignoring the hundreds of Swiss cases of disability and death that resulted from these jabs. It claims that Insel Group is a member of the "circle of offenders."

The following was one of the several alleged injuries stated in the complaint, along with fatalities and disabilities:: “Collapse in birth rates: over 6,000 missing babies in 2022.”
